Welcome to FL CURED, the Center for Universal Research to Eradicate Disease. It is the center's great pleasure to serve the research needs of the biomedical and biotechnical community. Our common goal is to facilitate cures for diseases, and improve the well-being and increase the quality of life for all Floridians.

Please join our efforts to collaborate, share knowledge where it makes sense, and build Florida into a leading research community across the nation and the globe. The FL CURED team is a program area within the Department of Health and was created specifically to focus on cures for diseases. This past August 2006, we hosted our inaugural biomedical/biotechnical research summit. We have reserved a portion of this web site to provide you with details of this very important gathering as we focus to bring the " best and brightest" in your industry for a day of discussion and collaboration.
